Upcoming Classes

Alliance of Indiana Rural Water offers training classes for water and wastewater operators, as well as classes for clerk treasurers, utility boards & councils and utility managers.  Unless otherwise specified all classes have been approved or are pending approval for water or wastewater contact hours by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).  IDEM approved classes meet the Indiana State Board of Engineers criteria for professional development hours (PDHs).

FOG (Fats, Oils & Grease) has been an ongoing problem for WW Plants and Collection Systems since the Industry began. With the addition of wipes (Rags), the problems have escalated by many times over in the last few decades. This session will cover not only the problems systems have encountered, but possible ways to eliminate some if not all of the major issues.
