Automatic control valves provide many common functions in water and wastewater systems. Some of the applications are familiar, and some are less common. In an era where cost reduction is a high priority, increases in the specifications and use of automated control valves will continue. Course participants will learn how to appropriately apply automated control valves to their processes, to select valves, and to operate and maintain them in the most efficient manner.
