This course is designed for the utility manager or systems
operations specialists who have responsibility to oversee construction projects
at their utilities. In this course you
will receive an overview of the construction process (from bids to completion)
and the responsibilities of those in charge of each facet. You will learn about installation
requirements for sewer and water construction including materials selection and
specifications. Participants will receive useful tools to
help them generate maintenance procedures and checklists for future and current
