Job Description

Job Responsibilities

·         Makes sure all team members are completing all responsibilities.

·         Assemble and maintain weekly site inspection schedule and driving routes for field consultants, including daily reference of area rainfall.

·         Conduct daily calls and written correspondence with Field Consultants (FCs).

·         Perform regular audits on FC sites including checking that updates are made to all stormwater onsite records, including SWPPP logs, site BMP maps, required site postings.

·         Assist FCs in area with routine/ARE inspection coverage.

·         Conduct construction site evaluations to verify that proper erosion and sediment control practices (BMPs) and recordkeeping are in compliance with NPDES stormwater regulations as needed for coverage of area.

·         On-site evaluations of residential properties to determine energy efficiency within the scope of the RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) Standards under the direction of EPA. This role also includes diagnostic testing with Blower Door and Duct Tester and submission of all data to company HERS Rater. 

·         Train, support, and develop FCs. 

·         Develops team through one on one coaching and training

·         Acts as leader and coach for team.

·         Makes sure their leaders are leading their teams efficiently.

·         Responsible for hiring, coaching, and terminations as needed.

·         Displays effective time management skills.

·         Ensures all information is input into internal systems accurately and timely.

·         Acts as liaison between team and operations.

·         Develop new ideas to generate growth plan for area (services, markets, roles, etc.)

·         Grow revenue by developing relationships with new clients and growing our existing relationships with clients.

·         Maintains relationship with state and local government agency and keeps up with agency regulations within area.

·         Oversee and take ownership for cost associated with area (expense management, travel, supplies, sub-contractors, etc.)

·         Communicates with clients to promote new products and services.

·         Delivers solution based proposals in a timely and professional manner.

·         Ensures adherence with team of Alpha Mission and Values.

·         Additional duties assigned.

Job Requirements

·         AA/AS degree or equivalent experience

·         1-3 years of management experience 

·         1-3 years sales experience

·         2-4 years’ experience working with clients in the construction industry

·         Knowledge of IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) and RESNET Performance testing principles
