S & K Equipment Company, Inc. is looking for service
& maintenance personnel to join our family.
We are a distribution and service company with a family atmosphere
serving the water & waste water industries throughout Central and Southern
Indiana, Southern Illinois, and Western Kentucky. We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable
applicants that are familiar with municipal water and waste water collection
systems, motor control systems, modern treatment facilities, and
infrastructures.
Job Description
New equipment installations and
commissioning.
Electric motor & pump
troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilding.
Lift station rehabilitation and
installations.
Piping and plumbing installation
and removal.
Heavy equipment operation.
Some heavy lifting will be
required.
Travel throughout Indiana,
Illinois, & Kentucky with some overnight stays
Skills Required
Applicant required to possess experience in: Pumping equipment and repair, general piping
and infrastructure knowledge, experience in the repair and installation of low
voltage electrical motors, ability to operate hydraulic crane and lifting
equipment, lift station design and operations, and the repair and installation
of electric motor controls. Applicant
should be very organized with strong problem solving skills and be able to work
independently.
