In accordance with the Association's by-laws, the LMTA Nominating Committee voted unanimously last week to recommend the following nominations for Executive Committee positions:

Chairman of the Board - Not open for nominations
Todd Ruple with Preferred Materials, Inc.

President - 1 year term - Must be an active "carrier" member
Karl Mears with Razorback Rentals, LLC

1st Vice President - 1 year term - Must be an active "carrier" member
Cully Frisard with Frisard Companies

2nd Vice President - 1 year term - Must be an active "carrier" member
Nataly Madden with Signature Transport, LLC

Vice President at Large - 1 year term (3 term limit) - Must be an active member
Mike Beck, McGriff Insurance Inc., Incumbent

Secretary - 1 year term (3 term limit) - Must be an active member
Judy Smart with Roadrunner Towing & Recovery, Incumbent

Treasurer - Not open for nominations - 5 year term
Mike Knotts with Higginbotham Insurance, Incumbent

ATA Vice President - 1 year term (3 term limit) - Must be an active "carrier" member
Brad Nelson with FreedomTrucks of America

ATA VP Alternate - 1 year term (3 term limit) - Must be an active "carrier" member
Tiffany Rivet with L & B Transport, LLC

Pursuant to the by-laws, members of the Association may nominate another member for these positions within the next ten days. To do so, please email Renee (renee@lmta.la) with the name and position. The end of the ten-day period will be close of business on May 20, 2021.

After the ten days, the Nominating Committee will send a final ballot.

Anyone nominated for more than one position will be contacted to determine the position for which they desire to be considered.
