NHBA Strategic Plan 2017-2020
The NHBA Board met with a goal of determining the
direction for NHBA over the next three years. NHBA’s mission statement was simplified
to better reflect its strategy: To foster a banking environment that
strengthens our communities. To foster this mission, five pillars are
addressed: Advocacy and Influence, Member Value and Engagement, Education and
Talent Development, Public and Community Awareness, and Association Strength.
The NHBA will focus its engagement with strategies for each pillar. The
