Medicaid Resources

The Nebraska Home Care Association's Medicaid Task Group works closely with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) Division of Medicaid & Long-Term Care staff, Telligen and the Medicaid managed care companies to address and resolve common concerns impacting the home health industry, association members and Nebraska Medicaid cilents served by home health providers. The task group identifies possible solutions and makes recommendations to the Nebraska DHHS staff. The task group also discusses changes in regulations, documentation, processes, and payment reimbursement that affect home health care and offers constructive comments to DHHS about those areas.

The Nebraska Association for Home Healthcare and Hospice Medicaid Task Group seeks frequently asked questions (FAQs) that home health agencies and/or their Medicaid clients have about Medicaid managed care in Nebraska. Please submit your questions to nebraskahomehealthcareandhospice@assocoffice.net. The Medicaid Task Group then addresses the questions with Nebraska DHHS and provides responses.
