?Why do I need to create an account?
The NJWA will eventually be tracking training course credits (TCH) for each member/attendee of our educational and training courses. Your account provides basic contact information for us to utilize if we need reach you in the event NJWA needs to change/cancel a course. The NJWA DOES NOT sell or distribute your contact information.
?I'm having trouble logging in?
If you are having difficulty with your Login you can email us at websupport@njwater.org. We will do our best to get your problem solved. 
?How much does membership with NJWATER cost?
There are several types of memberships that can meet you needs. Please visit our Membership page for more details.
? I created an account now what happens?
After you have created an account you will receive an email within 24 hours asking you to verify your account. Once you have completed that verification process we will add you to our system database which may take approximately 2 business days. If you have not heard from our association after 2 business days please contact our office at 609-242-7111. 
?What if a course is SOLD OUT can i show up and get a seat?
No. You can check our website one day prior to the session and if seats are available they will be shown.  
?What services do you provide?
Line location, leak detection, consumer confidence report, environmental education programs as well as regulatory compliance assistance.

?How do get access the equipment you have available and how much does it cost?
Please call our office to schedule an appointment to review the water/wastewater equipment we currently have. There is no cost for the equipment but we encourage membership with our organization to offset the cost of maintenance, upkeep and improvement. 
?What popular web browsers does your site support?
The New Jersey Water Association site is designed to work on all website browsers. We support IE Explorer 11®, FireFox®, Chrome® and Mac IOS® if you have trouble viewing a component of our website try to use a different browser. We also support most mobile and tablet devices (Android®, Apple® etc.). If you are still having trouble please contact us or your company's IT Department.

?What is NJWA Annual Conference?
The New Jersey Water Association Annual Conference is premier annual event that combines exhibitor, vendors and speakers in the fields of Water, Wastewater, Engineering and Compliance for two days of technical sessions.
