New Jersey water and wastewater utilities in need of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) items should contact their County Office of Emergency Management. http://ready.nj.gov/about-us/county-coordinators.shtml Some NJ water and wastewater utility staff have been issued NJOEM Essential Employee Travel Cards. These cards can be used for essential employee travel in most circumstances. Some law enforcement personnel might not recognize these cards, and should use the contact information on the cards if they have any questions. For utilities that need cards or have questions, the contact person at the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management for Essential Personnel Travel Cards is Cindy Fullerton. She can be reached at 609-963-6900 x 6210.
