First Pioneers FCU Celebrates Team Building Virtually In true Southern Fashion

Even when we are virtual, we eat! First Pioneers Federal Credit Union recently celebrated with a virtual team building exercise and what better way to bring a team together than with food. Chef Paul Ayo led the First Pioneers staff in a step-by-step online class in making a healthy breakfast bacon frittata. All participants were provided all ingredients needed for the easy one dish meal. A fun advantage of being virtual was that several of the team were able to include their family members in the evening making it even more special. The group found ways to help and encourage each other even from a distance, a lesson many of us have mastered over the past year. Everyone agreed they would love to do this again, however, they can’t wait to do it in person next time!
