Campus Federal has begun construction on its state-of-the-art, 27,500 square-foot Mortgage and Business Center located at 6108 Siegen Lane at the intersection of Cloverland Avenue.
In addition to being a full-service branch, this facility will house the credit union’s Mortgage, Lending Operations and Business Services departments along with roughly 50 Campus Federal employees. The Center will also include ‘hoteling space’ or additional offices along with approximately 4,700 square feet for up to three tenant spaces. Upon completion, the Campus Federal branch located at 5711 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd will relocate to the new facility.
Similar to the Interaction Center the credit union opened in 2020, this branch will feature modern banking technology including ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines for optional live teller assistance via two-way video to assist with transactions), a technology bar with iPads for self-service and more.

Construction on the Center should be completed near the end of 2022.
