On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, Pelican State Credit Union hosted a FREE virtual workshop, streamed live on both Zoom and the credit union’s Facebook page.
Pelican Nationally Certified Credit Counselor Rhoda Hundley and Financial Outreach Supervisor Melanie Henderson appeared on screen at 7:00 pm for the "Credit Score Breakdown" presentation. Rhoda's 30 years of experience shined through as she explained important credit topics and answered all of the attendees' questions.
Attendees learned how to understand their credit reports, how their credit score is calculated, steps they can take to improve their credit score, and more.
