Spirit of Louisiana Looking for Permanent Home

Posen (IL) Fire Apparatus Hit

One person was injured over the weekend in Posen, Illinois after hitting a firetruck. Officials say overnight on Saturday, a firetruck with the Posen Fire Department was hit on I-57. Officials say this is the second firetruck that was hit on I-57 in the past two weeks.

Fire Apparatus Arrives at Eugene (OR) Airport

A new fire vehicle made its debut this week, but it's not how you might picture it. The truck isn't your typical red engine. This vehicle is designed for airport emergencies, and with a different scene, comes a different look.

New Jersey Emergency Vehicles Adds to Sales Team

Manasquan, NJ—New Jersey Emergency Vehicles (NJEV), a division of P.L. Custom Body and Equipment Co., Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of Jimmy Phillips to its sales team. Sales Manager Jamey Pallitto announced the addition as a further commitment to strengthening the presence of NJEV in the Garden State.

Phillips comes to NJEV with 24 years of emergency vehicle sales experience. New Jersey Emergency Vehicles is responsible for the sales and service activity for PL Custom Emergency Vehicles, Rescue 1, Fire and EMS Remounts / Refurbs and specialty conversions in all 21 Counties in New Jersey. They also represent Rosenbauer’s full product line of engines, ladders, tankers, and urban interface apparatus in Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, Sussex, Warren, and Morris counties in New Jersey. Jimmy will join the rest of the sales team in representing all our product lines and services.
