FEMA Awards $2.4M to Rochester Fire Department

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded a $2.4 million grant to the City of Rochester for the Rochester Fire Department, to hire an expected 15 new firefighters, Congressman Mike Bishop announced Tuesday.
