Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation issues on December 3rd, 2015, Governor Inslee hereby directs that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff immediately, in honor if the victims of the attack in San Bernardino, California.
Please notify all of your field offices and facilities around the state.
Flags should remain at half-staff until close if business or sunset on Monday, December 7th, 2015.
