Mission Statement

The objectives of this Division shall be to further enhance the education of all Fire Service Administrative Support by conducting workshops and seminars; to increase the proficiency of Fire Administrative Support by establishing a network sharing of information systems through various channels of communication; and to faciliate a statewide standardization wherever possible in all phases and aspects of the Fire Administrative Support field for the benefit of the Fire Service.

New video has been released by the California Highway Patrol of the pursuit of a stolen Sacramento Fire Department truck from East Sacramento in North Sacramento. At 8:39 p.m. on May 18, reports came in that a Sacramento Fire Battalion Chief’s truck had been stolen, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

A massive fire at a building under construction forced evacuations Monday in Redwood City. More than five hours after the fire started firefighters were able to contain the fire to the originating structure, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Although "under control," the area is in a 24-hour fire watch.

VIDEO: Once fully constructed, Charlotte's newly-reconstruction Firehouse #30 will be the first all-electric firehouse in the Southeast, according to the city of Charlotte. Ground for the new fire station was broken Monday in a ceremony at the site, which is located adjacent to the Charlotte Fire Department's training center on Shopton Road.

VIDEO/PHOTOS: Officials have started to lower alert levels within Hawaii Volcanoes National Park after the Kilauea volcano began to erupt early Monday morning in an area that hasn’t seen an eruption in nearly 50 years. A devastating seven-alarm fire in Paterson, New Jersey left families homeless and businesses destroyed Sunday morning. Residents said the fire at 195 Broadway started around midnight, but firefighters continued dousing the building with water well after the sun came up. Officials said the fire was severe and difficult to contain, and help was requested from several firefighting units across the area.

A man tried to help himself to a fire department’s fuel supply last week. According to the Needham Community Fire Department, a pickup truck showed up at Station 81 (6822 E 350 N) at 5:13 a.m. on Thursday, May 30. The driver got out and tried to steal fuel from the fire station. “This individual decided to attempt to help himself to our mission critical fuel supply which we utilize for our fire trucks ensuring we can respond to your emergency when you need us,” the department wrote on Facebook.

A six-alarm fire on Thursday night destroyed several buildings that were part of a Templeton, Massachusetts, horse farm, video from the scene showed. Fire tore through several buildings at the Liberty-Belle Stables on Patriots Road in Templeton. Templeton firefighters rushed to the scene after receiving reports of heavy fire in the area between the house and the horse barn.
