Video: SVI/Sutphen Heavy Rescue for Easton, Maryland


When specing its new heavy rescue, the Easton (MD) Volunteer Fire Department chose a 20-foot SVI stainless-steel body mounted on a Sutphen Monarch heavy-duty chassis with 20-inch raised roof that houses a 450-hp Cummins L9 engine with a “Hot Shift” PTO. The apparatus features a Command Light CL Series light tower, a Ramsey H800 20,000-pound hydraulic winch, Hannay low- and high-pressure air hose reels, a Norcold 3.6 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer and more.

Video: HME Ahrens-Fox Pumper-Tanker Recent Delivery


This HME Ahrens-Fox 2,000-gallon pumper-tanker is headed for Lewis County Fire District #3 in Mossyrock, Washington. This stainless steel pumper-tanker is built on a custom HME Ahrens-Fox SFO Chassis with a 370-hp drive train, tandem rear axles, and a 96-inch-wide MFD cab with 12-inch raised roof and positions for a crew of six along with SCBA seating. The 47-inch-wide stainless steel side mount pump module controls a 1,500-gpm midship pump. The rig features a 2,000-gallon tank.

Video: Pleasanton (TX) Fire Department KME Rescue and Pumper


The Pleasanton (TX) Fire Department recently took delivery of a KME pumper and rescue. The pumper features a rear-mount pump, a new feature for the department, a 980-gallon tank, and a 20-gallon foam cell. Also new for the department are front bumper speedlays. The department is also taking delivery of a KME heavy rescue. The cabs are exactly the same, but the bumper is fitted with a compartment for the department's rescue tools.
