Foresthill (CA) Fire Station Reopens

A fire station that has been closed for more than a year in Placer County is back open. The community of Foresthill celebrated the reopening of Fire Station 90 on Monday. The station was closed by the district in 2018 due to fiscal distress.

Fire Apparatus and Ambulances Mobile Safe Places in St. Joseph County (IN)

Youth Service Bureau of St. Joseph County has teamed up with Clay Fire Territory, and other fire departments in the county, to provide mobile Safe Places.

Woman Found Stabbed in Home After Jones County (GA) Fire Apparatus Accident

Officials say a fatal accident on Highway 49 in Jones County involving a fire truck is blocking traffic. One person is dead and a firefighter is in the hospital. Jones County Sheriff's Office said around 10:25 a. m. that the accident happened at Oak Valley Drive on Hwy.

Manitowoc (WI) Firefighters Restore 1935 Fire Apparatus

After being sold at an auction more than 50 years ago, a 1935 Mack fire truck originally owned by the Manitowoc Fire Department is back in the hands of Manitowoc firefighters. "I just thought it would be so neat for the city and the citizens to be able to see a piece of history from so long ago," said Jeff Keehan.
