Nolensville (TN) Fire Apparatus Up for Sale

It’s a 2013 Sutphen Precision Rescue Pumper, with 4,500 miles and 414 engine hours, according to the NVFD’s Facebook post. The engine, produced in 2013, has a short-lived history at NVFD, making it “rare” on the used fire truck market.

The 500-gallon tank fire engine which can pump 1,250 gallons of water per minute and hold 30 gallons of foam is listed for $350,000, but the post notes that sellers are “considering all reasonable offers.”

Macomb (IL) Fire Department Upgrades Fire Equipment

They just brought in a new truck, which has a pumper and rescue equipment on it. Chief J.R. Hyde said this new truck allows them to roll everything they need into one for fires or rescue scenes, like car accidents.

“Instead of trying to get several trucks there with a few guys, we can actually take one truck to a lot of scenes, not a fire scene of course, but a rescue, car accident, that type of thing, we can get more man power in one truck,” Hyde said.
