Eastchester (NY) To Get New Pumper Fire Apparatus

Three aging pumper trucks at the Eastchester Fire Department will be replace early next year. The new trucks will cost about $600,000 each. The old pumper trucks are constantly being replaced, and one of them dates back to 1999.

Lake Geneva (WI) Purchases New $248,000 Ambulance

The Lake Geneva Fire Department has purchased a new ambulance with so many features it is almost like a fire truck without the water pump. The department received a custom-built ambulance Sept. 6 and put it into service the next day as one of the fire department's go-to pieces of equipment.
