Mounds Fire Department Welcomes New Truck With An Old Tradition

The Mounds Fire Department celebrated the arrival of a brand new fire truck on Thursday while honoring an old tradition. The department spent $45,000 on the new truck, which comes from New York. The department has about 13 volunteers and to welcome the new truck, they pushed the truck into the fire station.

The finishing touches are being put on the new Bryan Fire Station 2. It's taken nearly two years to build the new facility, but Bryan Fire Chief Randy McGregor said this new facility is coming at the right time.
