PHOTOS: One person is reportedly unaccounted for after the historic Fairhaven Terminal Building caught fire late Saturday night.
Bellingham Fire Department (BFD) responded to the fire just before midnight and found the building on Harris Avenue fully engulfed in flames upon their arrival.
BFD attempted to enter the building, but were forced to exit due to the second floor's potential collapse.

PHOTOS: Just after 11:00 PM Friday night, Sno911 began receiving reports of a fire at the Farwest Motel in the 6000 block of Evergreen Way in Everett, Washington.
Arriving Everett Firefighters found smoke and flames coming from the building nearest Evergreen Way and upgraded the call to a confirmed commercial fire bringing in crews from Mukilteo and South County to assist.

The front porch of an Everett home caught on fire just after midnight on Sunday, according to a news release from the Everett Police Department. A 10-year-old discovered the fire and told the parents. All six family members were able to self-evacuate,
The fire was in the 2300 block of Walnut Street.

PHOTOS: A plane making a forced landing on Interstate 26 in North Carolina Thursday night caught fire and snarled traffic for hours. Several News 13 viewers have called the newsroom, reporting a crash. And video showed the aircraft on fire.
Asheville fire officials confirmed the forced landing. According to the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office, multiple people were taken to the hospital.

PHOTOS: The Evanston Fire Department today unveiled a new fire engine with a distinctive Northwestern University-inspired purple and white color scheme.
The university agreed two years ago to provide $800,000 to fund the purchase of the new engine.
And Fire Chief Paul Polep says he started work shortly after that — meeting with firefighters at Fire Station #3 on Central Street where the new engine is housed — to come up with the new design concept for the engine — the latest of several fire and ambulance vehicles donated to the city by the university.
