PHOTOS: Both directions of Interstate 5 in the Olympia-Tumwater area reopened Tuesday morning after a semi-truck overturned Monday night.
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) first reported the crash near Custer Way (milepost 103) around 10:40 p.m. Monday. The crash closed both directions of the interstate for more than five hours before the southbound lanes reopened around 4:30 a.

Firefighters from Grant County Fire District 13 responded to several wildfires over the last week, according to a statement from the fire district.
Most of the fires were controlled burns that got out of hand, GCFD 13 Fire Chief Jim Stucky told the Columbia Basin Herald.

PHOTOS: An outside fire has been reported in a railroad yard in central Bakersfield on Sunday near California Avenue and Elm Street.
According to reports, the outside fire is burning in a train yard west of Bakersfield High School. Black smoke was reported to have been seen in the area. Bakersfield and Kern County fire crews are currently on scene assessing the blaze.
