The Quincy Fire Department will soon have a new aerial ladder fire truck, reports WTXL Tallahassee.

Government officials will present a $755,340 check for a new aerial ladder fire truck.

The $101.5 billion state budget allocates more than $31 million Gadsden County projects.

A Kenner fire department station was relocated after mold concerns, reports WDSU 6 News.

All fire stations were then tested for mold and results show all have mold. Station 39 tested positive for aerosolized mold above normal levels, which can cause respiratory symptoms.

The administration has authorized emergency procedures to obtain temporary housing and immediate remediation and repair of the station has started.

Authorities are investigating vandalism at the new Charleston Fire Station 11, reports Counts on News 2.
