Man dangling from overhead wire plummets onto fire truck in Washington

More than 72K cars in Massachusetts recalled due to fire risk, report says

VIDEOS: Crews respond to apartment fire in Maryland

PHOTOS: Crews were on the scene of a fire that broke out at an apartment building in Hagerstown Thursday night.
