New Cottonwood (CA) Fire Station to Better Serve Community

Gaining the communities support was not easy and lead to voting on the matter three separate times. Eventually, the project was approved with 11 votes tipping the scale.  

Construction of the station took place over the past year, with final touches finishing up this past April.

Dog killed in arson fire at Pullman mobile home

An arson fire damaged a mobile home in Pullman Tuesday morning, according to Pullman Radio News. Pullman City Firefighters responded to the home in the Campus Vista mobile home park on Southeast Pro Mall Boulevard around 10:00 a.m. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. A dog was killed, but no people were injured.
