The Cottonwood Fire Department just got a new home and since the station is paid for through taxes from the community, the people of Cottonwood had the final say.

Arlington Council is looking to refurbish a fire engine whose cab was damaged by smoke while parked inside the village fire station Saturday. An Arlington firefighter, who had stopped into the fire hall by chance that day, found the cab and the building filled with smoke.
