Fire at New Hampshire marina destroys service building and multiple boats, no injuries reported

VIDEO: Firefighters were called to a fire Thursday evening at the Meredith Marina and Boating Center. Meredith police dispatch confirmed that a building was fully involved in flames. Witnesses said they heard and felt an explosion. Thick smoke could be seen coming from the area of the marina. "There was a loud explosion.

Texas county officials outline actions taken to enhance environmental protections since 2019 ITC chemical fire

On Thursday, Harris County officials outlined all the actions it has taken over the past two years to enhance environmental monitoring and enforcement. Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo said since the ITC chemical fire that happened in Deer Park in March 2019, county officials have been taken numerous steps to protect the county's environment against threats to public health and safety.

Female FDNY EMT assaulted on scene of Bronx stores fire; 7 businesses damaged

VIDEO: A female FDNY EMT was assaulted at the scene of a three-alarm fire in the Bronx that damaged seven businesses. The fire broke out on Westchester Avenue in the Parkchester section just before 6:30 a.m. Thursday, right near the elevated subway tracks. The fire appears to have started in a 99-cent store.

Firefighter saves painters at Kennedy Space Center in Florida after scaffolding breaks

VIDEO: One NASA Kennedy Space Center firefighter went above and beyond in his rescue back in October. A broken scaffolding left a team of painters hanging on the side of the Vehicle Assembly Building at Kennedy Space Center. The painters were dangling 375-feet above ground while painting the flag on the VAB.
