Police: Man deliberately set fire to Lakewood mobile home

Officers arrested a 56-year-old man suspected of setting fire to a couple's mobile home as they slept inside early Friday morning. Mark David Bolf was arrested Friday evening by Lakewood police, and is now facing arson charges. Investigators believe Bolf was seeking retribution after an eviction when he deliberately set fire to the mobile home, Lieutenant John Unfred said.

2 people hurt in Lakewood mobile home fire

Firefighters were called to a mobile home fire in Lakewood Friday morning. Two people were transported to the hospital with smoke inhalation after the mobile home in the 3200 block of 96th Street South caught fire from the outside. West Pierce fire said firefighters tried to save two cats inside the mobile home, but they died in the fire.
