Curiosity caught this cat behind a water heater, but a creative crew of Yakima firefighters cleared her from captivity.

Fire crews are not yet sure what started a house fire that caused extensive damage to a vacant home on North Tower Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Riverside Fire Authority and Chehalis Fire Department crews responded at about 2:10 p.m. Tuesday afternoon to a report of a house fire in the 900 block of North Tower Avenue in Centralia.
