PHOTO: Action News is learning new information about five U.S. Forest Service firefighters and a sixth person injured in a rollover crash near Clovis. The California Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 7:30 Sunday morning on Highway 168 between Shepherd and Academy avenues.
Firefighters Derek Soden, 29, of Mariposa, and Lee Sands, 37, of Groveland, are at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno.

Investigators say "smoldering material" on the front deck was the cause of a fire that damaged a single-story home, and left several pets unaccounted for.
Firefighters raced to the 25100 block of 142 Avenue SE around 8 a.m. to find the front deck on fire, and flames quickly spreading to the rest of the home.

Investigators say a fire that raced up a hillside to an apartment building was likely started by fireworks thrown from a car.
Flames as high as 30 feet scorched the outside of an apartment complex Saturday night, forcing residents to evacuate.
The smoke and flames could been seen from the freeway.
