Action Training Systems and the Jones & Bartlett Learning Public Safety Group Team Up to Enhance the Customer Training Experience

Action Training Systems

Action Training Systems (ATS), a leading multi-media content development company for fire and emergency medical services (EMS) training products, announced recently a new affiliate partnership with the Jones & Bartlett Learning Public Safety Group, a top educational solutions provider for EMS and fire training institutions across the globe. The two highly respected companies are teaming up to offer the emergency response community more comprehensive training resources.

Action Training Systems has expanded their training library to include manuals and other supplemental training products from the Public Safety Group. These training materials are available individually or as part of comprehensive training packages that include supporting products from Action Training Systems to increase learner competency. These robust training packages include online interactive courses, videos, PowerPoint presentations, and corresponding training manuals to deliver both convenient and thorough training resources. Additionally, the Public Safety Group will now offer Action Training Systems DVDs as part of their fire and EMS product lines.

New fire truck for Pinal Rural Fire & Medical District

  Last week, firefighters and personnel from the Pinal Rural Fire and Medical District received training on their new fire truck, Brush 625.

  It was purchased with funds from two grants, The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety and the Arizona Department of Agriculture.

  “This truck will be utilized to respond to incidents on and off the highway,” said PRFMD Chief Bobby Apodaca.

  Jeff Gilbert from WW Williams, Fire Truck Sales and Service, was on hand to show the firefighters how to use the truck’s pumping system.
