Hazle Twp. Fire & Rescue Company recently accepted delivery of a 2017 Seagrave pumper, which will replace workhorse pumper truck that has been part of the township’s fleet for 14 years, according to Chief Scott Kostician.

The vehicle arrived about two weeks ago and members of the volunteer department will participate in a driver training program this week to become accustomed to the new vehicle, Kostician said.

The Hawaiʻi Fire Department would like to thank the community for their support and patience during the construction of the new facility.  The department will host a grand opening in December.
