Thousands of lightning strikes in Washington Tuesday sparked dozens of fires, officials believe, with the possibility of more yet to be discovered. Several people are now without a home after a fire ripped through part of an encampment in Toppenish Wednesday morning. The part of the encampment that's been destroyed was home to five people.
