Two firemen were on duty at the time when the tornado hit, fortunately both men remained safe by hunkering down in one of the bath tubs in the fire station.

Jack Tibbs, Mayor of the City of Eufaula, says "It's amazing the amount of devastation a storm can do. Again, no injuries whatsoever...everyone has been accounted for. All this stuff can be fixed...we're thankful for that."

It's all thanks to a grant from the Department of Homeland Security and the Assistance to Firefighters Grant. Captain Billy Jones said he’s proud of the department taking giant leaps forward.

The company who NLRFD purchased the AEDs from, just updated the technologies for themselves in October, so North Little Rock is one of the first departments in the nation to be able to put this one particular AED in service.

County sheriff's deputies found the red truck in the Council Hill area of Muskogee County that day. The white one was found a short while later in Okmulgee County near Haskell. The red truck was totaled and the white one was heavily damaged, said Heath Underwood, Wagoner County emergency management director.  

Now the city is trying to raise the money for the trucks.

Meanwhile, the Tullahassee fire department has loaned Red Bird a spare fire truck to use, Underwood said.

The fire truck was on its way to a nearby hospital to pick up a firefighter-paramedic when it hit the side of the van.

Another Amazon Prime vehicle came to pick up the packages that were inside the disabled van, Knowles said.The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
