Echuca's new state-of-the-art ambulance station is almost complete. Ambulance Victoria Loddon Mallee regional director Kevin Masci said he expected paramedics to move into the new branch, on the corner of Ogilvie Ave and High St, by the end of March.
It will also have the capacity for extra vehicles and paramedics to respond to major events. Â
Building contractor the Macneil Group has been appointed to build the station after the old one was demolished earlier last year.
Echuca paramedics moved into the old police station in Dickson St on January 16, 2017, and have been based there during construction.
