Arsonist targets Tacoma Lutheran church

A Tacoma congregation gathered for Sunday morning service for the first time since an arsonist targeted Our Savior Lutheran Church. Investigators say early Friday morning, someone set one fire in the lobby and two fires in the sanctuary. Lead Pastor Brian Banke says he knows the congregation wants answers.

16-year-old Pennsylvania junior firefighter dies of gunshot wound at fire station; man charged

A man has been charged with homicide after a 16-year-old junior firefighter was shot and killed inside the Republic Volunteer Fire Company in Fayette County on Sunday afternoon. Washington fire captain contests discipline after incident with patient

A Spokane firefighter is contesting a three-shift suspension he received after being charged with assaulting a patient on a medical call. Capt. First responders deeply affected by Tennessee bus crash

While hospital and emergency response officials praised the actions of paramedics, firefighters, police officers and emergency room staffers in responding to Monday's school bus crash that left five children dead, there was general agreement that the horrific accident left many emotionally scarred. Watch video as 3 firefighters bail from Michigan apartment fire

Raw video from an apartment fire Tuesday at the Village Shores Apartments in Flint, Michigan that left three firefighters injured.
