Madison County Rescue Raises Funds for New Truck Bed

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) - The Madison County rescue squad is hoping for some help from the public in paying off a truck bed after a new truck was donated to the squad. To raise money, responders Russ Morrow and Joseph Wilson are going door-to-door in Madison Co. asking for donations.
Firefighters in Madison County (KY) are hoping a photo opp can help raise funds for a new truck bed.

The squad is reportedly offering free photos to people who donate to their cause. Donors can get a free photo of themselves with a partner, family member, spouse, or pet, from a professional photographer.

In new protocol, Missouri medics won't always wait for all-clear

Mayday! Michigan fire chief recalls shock, initial panic after his fall into burning basement

Another Rhode Island firefighter files discrimination suit against city

A female Providence firefighter who was a material witness in a sexual harassment case involving another city firefighter has filed her own lawsuit against the city. Danielle Masse, a rescue lieutenant who was hired in 2001, claims she was demoted from the rank of captain and suspended for 10 days less than one month before she took the stand to testify on behalf of Lori Franchina, a former firefighter who was awarded $806,000 by a federal jury in a gender discrimination and sexual harassment trial earlier this year.
