VIDEOS: The tornado in Norman on Sunday night caused serious damage to buildings. First responders had to get creative when they saved several people at a postal service training center. Power lines had people trapped inside the building so a deputy had to think quickly to get patients out. "We came up with the idea, that we should load up my car, that way we can get medical attention to patients inside the building," said Deputy Jacob Overling with the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office.

Concerned neighbors heard meowing coming from under a car's hood and called for help. Outreach workers were at an illegal homeless encampment in the Chinatown-International District (CID) on Tuesday to help individuals living there. Several state and local agencies, including the King County Regional Homelessness Authority, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, and the Washington State Department of Licensing, were on site to help individuals get IDs, and birth certificates as well as offer other assistance.

VIDEO/PHOTOS: A driver was killed Tuesday afternoon after their car went off an overpass in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood, according to the Seattle Fire Department. At about 2:30 p.m., a car heading north on the First Avenue South Bridge was exiting onto South Michigan Street when it plummeted off the ramp and fell 40 to 50 feet onto the street below at Michigan and Occidental, according to the Washington State Patrol.
