Over the weekend someone spray painted graffiti on the Bessemer Fire Department Administration Building. An arsonist is fixating on Whidbey Island -- and military families have become its victims. Now the Navy is investigating a string of arson fires outside NAS Whidbey Island. The latest fire happened Dec. 26. It started in a trash bin and spread to an apartment building. “You don't realize how much you had until it's all gone," said Airman Ryan Sharland.
