The southbound water tanker had been hauling a flatbed trailer and a faded yellow forklift around 1:30 p.m. when the flatbed — caught in the rainstorm — started to weave back and forth on Interstate 5 as it approached the exit to Northwest Drive, according to the Washington State Patrol.

When Lorisa Campbell ordered pizza from Domino’s Wednesday evening, she never expected the delivery she got. At her front door was not only a pizza delivery man, but also members of the West Valley Fire Department delivering her pizza. “My husband came running in saying the pizza is here, but there’s policemen with them or something," said Campbell.
