'Just imagine it': Massachusetts town reclaims 1948 fire truck, seeks money for restoration

Jane Clockadile is the daughter of an Abington firefighter and granddaughter of a fire chief. She can trace a long line of firefighters back to her forefathers in the late 19th century, such that her family history and the history of the Abington Fire Department are virtually indistinguishable. Today, Clockadile is leading an initiative to restore a fire truck purchased new by the town in 1948 for $12,500.
