KOEHLER BRIGHTSTAR’s New Razor Light

The NEW Class 1, Div. 1 Razor runs longer and shines brighter than ever before and now is handsfree!

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PA- KOEHLER BRIGHTSTAR, LLC announces a new Razor. It has a Class I, Division 1 safety approvals and combines the features of the original Razor and the Razor 2 into one light. It has a high mode of 325 lumens with a 7 hour runtime and a 125 lumen low mode for an extended runtime of 24 hours.  On high the light projects 236 meters and on low it reaches 167 meters.

This versatile Razor includes 2 magnets for handsfree lighting, one magnet is on the integrated belt clip  and a second magnet, is at the base of the light. The light provides technicians with the ability to place the light on a steel surface to point down at the ground or forward to illuminate a spot area at a distance. The Razor is ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip and the switch is placed on the head of the light for easy access with gloved hands.   It carries a 2 meter drop rating and is IPX7 rated,  waterproof to one meter.

It is a lightweight 8 ounces and operates on (3) AA-Cell Alkaline Batteries.  Available in Hi -Vis yellow color.

McLaren 765LT Worth $360K Burns To Pile Of Ash In Fire At Pennsylvania Gas Station

PHOTOS: There's not much left. There's one less McLaren 765LT in the world after one went up in flames in Upper Gwynedd Township, Pennsylvania, which is just north of Philadelphia. The fire took place while the car was filling up at a gas station. There were no injuries, except for the owner's broken heart from losing this limited-run machine.

Deaths of 3 New York firefighters spark mass cancer screening in city fire department

Firefighters didn’t worry about getting cancer when Tim Downes joined the Syracuse Fire Department in 1985. He’d wear a helmet and other gear caked in soot, carbon and other toxic residue from fires and think nothing of it. “You were supposed to be salty,” he says. But in 2008 Downes was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system, part of the body’s germ fighting network.

Historic landmark designation impacting Wisconsin fire department plans

A La Crosse fire station is now a historical landmark, throwing a wrench into the La Crosse Fire Department’s redevelopment plans. Fire Station No. 4 has been standing at the corner of Gillette and Liberty Streets since 1940. It’s the oldest active fire station in La Crosse, but demolition and reconstruction plans put it at risk until a historic preservation group stepped in.
