Everett Firefighters battled a commercial fire in an auto repair shop in the 2900 block of Rucker.
Arriving fire units saw flames shooting out of the front of the building on arrival.
The fire was reported about 12:20AM and quickly went to two alarms. The arriving engines were able to get a fast knockdown on the fire and get it under control within about 15 minutes.

The occupants of a home in the West Terrace neighborhood avoided what could have been a more catastrophic fire after placing a precautionary call to emergency services early Friday morning.
The occupants on the 7700 block of Blackberry Street just southeast of the Interstate 90, Medical Lake interchange, dialed 911 after suspecting a fire in their bathroom fan, according to Spokane County Fire District 3 Division Chief Dustin Flock,

Amy Quinn has been a paramedic for years. She will be the first to tell you she would not trade it for anything.
"It's really nice to be able to help the community and it's nice to make those one-on-one connections with the people who really want your help," she said.
Quinn has been working at the Scappoose Rural Fire District as a single-role paramedic.

VIDEO: On a gloomy morning in downtown Los Angeles, the crew at Los Angeles Fire Station 10 meandered about the firehouse, checked the equipment and swapped playful jabs at one another.
Then the bell rang out.
The loudspeaker blared out orders for a rescue: Someone was on top of a two-story building, possibly threatening to jump.
