A federal judge has ordered Delaware State Police to turn over the full accident report on the death of a Lewes firefighter who fell from a helicopter during a training exercise in 2016. Ammunition exploded and flames climbed nearby trees as firefighters from Clallam Fire District No. 4 arrived at a fully engulfed unoccupied mobile home early Tuesday morning. An art studio in Edison was destroyed in a fire Tuesday afternoon. Christine Wardenburg-Skinner, who owns the studio with her husband Tom Skinner, said she was at home on the property when she heard an explosion about 3:30 p.m. in the neighboring studio. “It’s just a complete, total loss,” she said.
