Fire authorities are investigating after an arson set fire to a Burien man's car. The cars, a white Hyundai and a black Ford, caught fire in the 12400 block of 20th Avenue South at around 4:30 a.m. Monday. Some of the fire spread to garage, causing minimal damage. Anti-semiti graffiti was sprayed on the garage's walls and surrounding fences.

The Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) program recently opened to receive applications for funding. Many fire departments nationally use AFG funds to purchase Continental Girbau Inc.
