A Clark County teacher has fallen victim to an arsonist twice in the past month. The man's Ford Explorer has been set on fire on two occasions. The first time was in early April. The second was this past Monday night. Both times, the SUV was parked outside the man's home on Northwest 2nd Avenue, just south of Northeast 139th in Salmon Creek.
