NASCAR driver salutes fallen South Carolina officer, firefighter

PHOTO: NASCAR driver Kyle Weatherman honored a fallen Cayce police officer and Monetta volunteer firefighter. At Saturday’s Xfinity Series race, his car, number 34, was dedicated to Drew Barr. The race car displayed Barr’s name written right above the window. Barr lost his life April 24 while working as a Cayce police officer.

US Coast Guard releases names of passengers, pilot of crashed seaplane in waters of Puget Sound

VIDEO/PHOTOS: Among the 10 people killed when a floatplane crashed in the waters of Puget Sound over the weekend was a Spokane civil rights activist, a business owner and the founder of a Washington state winery and his family. The U.S. Coast Guard released the names of the crash victims early Tuesday.

Firefighters rescue fallen horse near Snoqualmie Ridge

Fire crews were out on a horse trail near Snoqualmie Ridge for over two hours on Monday as they worked to rescue a fallen horse. Stewie the horse was crossing a stream with his rider Monday morning when he fell through a wooden bridge in the Braeburn neighborhood of Snoqualmie Ridge. With the assistance of several equine veterinarians, the Snoqualmie Fire Department and Eastside Fire & Rescue responded to the bridge located in the Braeburn neighborhood of Snoqualmie Ridge.

Rosenbauer America and Sentinel Emergency Solutions are pleased to announce a territory expansion for Sentinel Emergency Solutions into Western Missouri starting on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

“We are very excited to expand our Rosenbauer coverage to the Western side of Missouri.  We currently have loose equipment sales representatives covering that territory and expanding their product line with Rosenbauer is a natural fit,” said Brian Franz, Owner/President of Sentinel Emergency Solutions. “Our service center in St. Louis will coordinate our mobile technicians as we build out service in the west.”

Follow Up: Pasco Fire Department releases all of their collectible station poker chips

Follow Up: The Pasco Fire Department is pulling together the community to its stations, while also teaching people about the city’s history. In the four fire stations across Pasco, there are four different logos, each tied to the station and what their fire station does, and each station actually designed their own logos.
