Doughnut crime, mountain cake, useless firefighting gear — Pierce County agencies play April Fools

Graham Fire & Rescue weighed in with a new fashion trend: the sleeveless bunker coat, which shows off biceps, but offers limited protection.

Station 8 construction and staffing are funded through the First Responder Tax, passed by voters in 2019. Station 8 is the second of the three promised stations, with the last of the three stations expected to be complete by 2025.

The Fire Department is working closely with the design team and FCI Constructors to keep community partners informed. You can find construction updates through GJFD Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor.

Brand-New Furniture Donated to Dallas (TX) Fire-Rescue’s Station 6

A recent public event at Dallas Fire-Rescue’s Station 6 shined a light on its sub-par living conditions, and some good Samaritans and a local business have decided to step up and help, reports CBSDFW.
