The health district says there are now 25 COVID-19 deaths and at least 614 confirmed cases in Yakima County.
YHD says four more patients in their 80's have died, and 79 more cases have tested positive from the disease as of Monday afternoon.
The health district says all 25 patients who died from the disease had underlying health conditions.

Israel Tolentino Jr., known as "Izzy" to family and friends, was considered an everyday hero to his Passaic, New Jersey community.
On his days off, the firefighter and dad of two served as an EMT and as a member of the volunteer community emergency response team, said Hector Lora, the mayor of Passaic.
